Connecting your Airbnb account to AdvanceCM allows for automatic synchronization of your listings, bookings, availability, and more. It also enables seamless communication with your guests directly from within AdvanceCM.
You may also create listings and manage your listing settings from within AdvanceCM.
Pre-Connection Requirements
Before you connect your Airbnb account, ensure that your Airbnb account has the following information:
Profile picture
Verified email address
Verified phone number
Government ID
You can connect multiple Airbnb accounts to your AdvanceCM account. Before following the steps below to connect, ensure that you are logged into the correct Airbnb Host account.

Connecting to the Airbnb API
Log into your Airbnb Account
Open your Airbnb account in a separate browser tab or window. AdvanceCM will detect the account and request access through the official API.
Navigate to Channels > "Add Channel"
In AdvanceCM, go to the Channels section and select “Add Channel.”
Select Airbnb and Click “Connect”
Choose Airbnb from the list of available channels and click "Connect."
Choose Connection Method
You will have two options:Quick Connect: For a fast setup.
Advance Connect: For more detailed setup instructions about the connection process.
After clicking on Quick Connect or going through the Advance Connect steps, if you are not already logged into Airbnb, you will be prompted to enter your Airbnb login credentials. If you are already logged in, you will skip to the next step to Agree to Airbnb Terms of Service.
Agree to Airbnb’s Terms of Service
Check the box to agree to Airbnb's Additional Terms of Service.
Click "Allow" to grant AdvanceCM the necessary permissions.
Confirmation
A message will confirm that the connection was successful.
Click OK on the "Connect your Airbnb Account" popup.
That's it! Your Airbnb account is now connected with AdvanceCM.
Finalizing your Airbnb Connections
Once your Airbnb account is connected, you will see connections for each of your Airbnb listings in AdvanceCM.
For the Airbnb listings you wish to connect to AdvanceCM, click on each one to open the connection wizard.
The AirBnb Connection wizard will guide you through the required steps one by one. This process is designed to help you make the connection manually.
If you have already created rentals in AdvanceCM for these listings, you will link the rentals to your Airbnb listings, otherwise, you will import the Airbnb listings into AdvanceCM.
Closing the connection wizard without completing the steps will result in the need to follow the steps outlined below. Follow option 1 or option 2 depending on the listing status in AdvanceCM.
Option 1 for connecting Airbnb Listings - the listing was already created in AdvanceCM
Link to existing AdvanceCM Rentals Manually:
On your Channels page or Airbnb Channels Details page, scroll down to your Airbnb connection where the Linked Rental field is empty.
Click on the 3 dots next to the rental you wish to link, and choose the Connection Details option for that listing.
From the dropdown menu, select the AdvanceCM rental to link to this listing to. Click Save.
To import your Airbnb bookings, select "Import Bookings" from the Actions menu.
To update your Airbnb calendar from AdvanceCM, select "Push Availability" from the Actions menu.
Push your rates from AdvanceCM to Airbnb by selecting "Push Rates" from the Actions menu.

Option 2 for connecting Airbnb Listings - the Airbnb listing is not yet in AdvanceCM
Create New Rentals in AdvanceCM:
Scroll down to connections where Linked Rental is empty.
Click the edit (three dots) icon to the right of it and select "Import Property".
Importing the Property will result in a AdvanceCM rental being created automatically, using the details provided by AirBnb. Please click the connection and follow the wizard or go to the connections details page and complete the remaining steps as shown below.
Import Airbnb bookings into AdvanceCM, by selecting "Import Bookings" from the Actions menu.
Update your Airbnb calendar from AdvanceCM, by selecting "Push Availability" from the Actions menu.
Push your rates from AdvanceCM to Airbnb, by selecting "Push Rates" from the Actions menu.
Note: Ensure that your AdvanceCM rental has rates set up before pushing them to Airbnb. Otherwise, only the base rates from Airbnb will apply.
