The AdvanceCM Extras Automation Autopilot Wizard allows you to automate actions based on the status of extras — including guest notifications for newly created extras and email alerts to AdvanceCM users when extras are created, paid, or deleted. This streamlines communication and improves operational efficiency by automating key notifications related to extra services.
Accessing the Extras Automation Autopilot Wizard
To access the Extras Automation Autopilot Wizard, navigate to the Automations option in the top menu bar.

Next, click on the Autopilot Wizard button.
Select Extras on the Autopilot overlay to view the available automation options for extras.
Created Tab
The first tab in the Extras Autopilot Overlay is the Created tab.
If an extra is created, you can perform the following actions:
Notify the guest via email by selecting an email template. A default template will be pre-filled when this toggle is enabled. You can also select the extra categories for which you want guests to receive notifications.
Notify AdvanceCM users via email by selecting multiple users. Once this toggle is enabled, an email template will be automatically drafted in AdvanceCM. You can edit the template or select a different one by clicking the Template button.
Marked as Paid Tab
The second tab in the Extras Autopilot Overlay is the Marked as Paid tab.
If an extra is marked as paid, you can perform the following action:
Notify AdvanceCM users via email by selecting multiple users. Once this toggle is enabled, an email template will be automatically drafted in AdvanceCM. You can edit the template or select a different one by clicking the Template button.
Deleted Tab
The third tab in the Extras Autopilot Overlay is the Deleted tab.
If an extra is deleted, you can perform the following action:
Notify AdvanceCM users via email by selecting multiple users. Once this toggle is enabled, an email template will be automatically drafted in AdvanceCM. You can edit the template or select a different one by clicking the Template button.
