You can access Extras Automation Autopilot Wizard from purple color “Autopilot” button
Click the Extra option in Autopilot overlay and it will open the Autopilot Overlay for Extra
Created Tab
The first tab you can see on Extra Autopilot Overlay is the Created tab. If Extra is created then you perform below action items:
1- You can “Notify guest” via Email by choosing email template while default template will be available pre filled when this toggle is enabled. You can select Extra Categories for which you want to notify guests.
2- You can Notify AdvanceCM users via Email by selecting multiple users and once this toggle is enabled then email template will be drafted automatically inside AdvanceCM while you can edit the template or choose any other one by selecting “Template” button
Marked as Paid
The second tab you can see on Extra Autopilot Overlay is the Marked as Paid tab. If Extra is marked as Paid then you perform below action:
1- You can Notify AdvanceCM users via Email by selecting multiple users and once this toggle is enabled then email template will be drafted automatically inside AdvanceCM while you can edit the template or choose any other one by selecting “Template” button
Deleted
The third tab you can see on Extra Autopilot Overlay is the Deleted tab. If Extra is deleted then you perform below action:
1- You can Notify AdvanceCM users via Email by selecting multiple users and once this toggle is enabled then email template will be drafted automatically inside AdvanceCM while you can edit the template or choose any other one by selecting “Template” button
