You can access Charges Automation Autopilot Wizard from purple color “Autopilot” button
Click the Charges option in Autopilot overlay and it will open the Autopilot Overlay for Charges
Created Tab
The first tab you can see on Charges Autopilot Overlay is the Created tab. If Charge is created then you perform below action items:
1- You can “Notify guest” via Email by choosing email template while default template will be available pre filled when this toggle is enabled.
2- You can Notify AdvanceCM users via Email by selecting multiple users and once this toggle is enabled then email template will be drafted automatically inside AdvanceCM while you can edit the template or choose any other one by selecting “Template” button
Successful tab
The first tab you can see on Charges Autopilot Overlay is the successful tab. If Charge is successful then perform below action items:
1- Update the booking status as Paid
2- You can “Notify guest” via Email by choosing email template while default template will be available pre filled when this toggle is enabled.
Failed tab
The third tab you can see on Charges Autopilot Overlay is the Failed tab. If Charge is failed then perform below action items:
1- You can “Notify guest” via Email by choosing email template while default template will be available pre filled when this toggle is enabled.
2- You can Notify AdvanceCM users via Email by selecting multiple users and once this toggle is enabled then email template will be drafted automatically inside AdvanceCM while you can edit the template or choose any other one by selecting “Template” button
3- Update the booking status as Mark for followup
Deleted tab
The fourth tab you can see on Charges Autopilot Overlay is the Deleted tab. If Charge is deleted then perform below action items:
1- You can “Notify guest” via Email by choosing email template while default template will be available pre filled when this toggle is enabled.
2- You can Notify AdvanceCM users via Email by selecting multiple users and once this toggle is enabled then email template will be drafted automatically inside AdvanceCM while you can edit the template or choose any other one by selecting “Template” button
