The AdvanceCM Charges Automation Autopilot Wizard enhances charge processing by automating actions based on charge statuses. These actions include:
Automated email notifications to guests and AdvanceCM users
Automatic booking status updates based on charge success or failure
Alerts when charges are deleted
These automations improve financial workflow efficiency, enhance guest communication, and ensure timely follow-up on any charge-related issues.
Accessing the Charges Automation Autopilot Wizard
Navigate to the Automations option in the top menu bar.

Click the Autopilot Wizard button.
Click the Charges option in the Autopilot overlay to view all available automation options for charges.
Available Automation Tabs
1. Created Tab
When a charge is created, you can:
Notify the guest via email — A default email template will be pre-filled when this toggle is enabled. You can customize or change the template if needed.
Notify AdvanceCM users via email — Select multiple users to notify. An email template will be automatically drafted in AdvanceCM, which you can edit or replace by clicking the Template button.
2. Successful Tab
When a charge is successful, you can:
Update the booking status to Paid automatically.
Notify the guest via email — A default email template will be pre-filled when this toggle is enabled. You can customize or change the template if needed.
3. Failed Tab
When a charge fails, you can:
Notify the guest via email — A default email template will be pre-filled when this toggle is enabled. You can customize or change the template if needed.
Notify AdvanceCM users via email — Select multiple users to notify. An email template will be automatically drafted in AdvanceCM, which you can edit or replace by clicking the Template button.
Update the booking status to Mark for Follow-up automatically, helping your team keep track of unresolved payments.
4. Deleted Tab
When a charge is deleted, you can:
