The Reviews List View in AdvanceCM allows property managers to efficiently monitor and manage guest feedback and reviews. This feature consolidates all guest reviews in one location, providing an organized view of ratings and comments. By using the Reviews List View, property managers can track guest satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and maintain a high level of service quality.
The Reviews List View shows all the reviews submitted by hosts and all the reviews submitted by guests. It gives a transparent view of guest feedback about the host/property and hosts' feedbacks about guests.
Reviews are only received from the Channels below in AdvanceCM:
Airbnb
Booking.com
Expedia
VRBO
From your AdvanceCM dashboard, select the Reviews icon from the left navigation menu
Then click the “Reviews List View” icon as shown below and the Reviews List view will appear. It shows all the reviews received from both the guests and hosts.
Guest/Host Reviews will be displayed in rows with the following details and options:
Review Received Date – The date the review was received.
Star Rating – The rating provided by the guest or host.
Channel Name – The platform from which the review was received.
Review Content – The text of the review.
Publish Toggle – Allows you to publish or unpublish the review.
Replied Button – Displays the response submitted by the host when clicked.
How to submit responses to Guest review as a Host?
Under the Actions column, you will see a Reply icon that you can click to display a popup where you can respond.
Fill in the Response text area and click the “Post Reply” button to submit your reply. You also have the option to select “Reply and Save as Template” to save the response for future use.
By clicking the “Generate with AI” button, you can generate an AI-based review response, provided you are subscribed to Advance Intelligence.
Reviews Automation
You can access Reviews Automation from the “Automation” button as shown below.

Reviews Search
The Review Search feature in AdvanceCM is an essential tool for quickly locating and managing guest feedback or host submitted responses. By using search filters like rental name, channel name and date range, you can efficiently track guest satisfaction, resolve concerns, and improve your property’s performance.
Reviews Import
The Import Reviews feature in AdvanceCM helps you to centralize and manage guest feedback from multiple sources efficiently. Whether you're importing reviews from OTAs or uploading files manually, this tool saves time, enhances review management, and improves your ability to address guest concerns and maintain high-quality service. You can access Import option under Actions button.
