The Reviews List View in AdvanceCM allows property managers to efficiently monitor and manage guest feedback. This feature consolidates all guest and host reviews into one organized location, providing a clear overview of ratings, comments, and responses. By using the Reviews List View, property managers can easily track guest satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and maintain high service standards.
What Reviews Are Displayed?
The Reviews List View displays:
All reviews submitted by guests about the host and property
All reviews submitted by hosts about guests
This ensures full transparency, giving property managers a balanced view of guest feedback as well as hosts' opinions of their guests.
Supported Channels
Currently, reviews are only received from the following channels in AdvanceCM:
Airbnb
Booking.com
Expedia
VRBO
Accessing the Reviews List View
To access this view:
From your AdvanceCM dashboard, click the Reviews icon in the left navigation menu.

Click the Reviews List View icon to display the full list of guest and host reviews received from supported channels.

Review Details and Actions
The Reviews List View presents reviews in rows, each containing the following details and options:
Review Received Date – When the review was received.
Star Rating – The rating provided by the guest or host.
Channel Name – The channel from which the review was received.
Review Content – The actual text of the review.
Replied Button – Opens the submitted host response (if any) when clicked.

Responding to Guest Reviews
To reply to a guest review as a host:
Under the Actions column, click the Reply icon to open a response popup.
Enter your response in the text area and click Post Reply to submit.
Optional: Select Reply and Save as Template to save the response for future use.
Reviews Automation
You can manage review responses automatically using Reviews Automation, accessible via the Automation button on top right of screen.

Review Search
The Review Search tool allows you to quickly locate specific guest reviews or host responses. You can also use filters such as:
Rental Name
Channel Name
Date Range
This helps you efficiently track guest satisfaction, address concerns, and improve overall property performance.

Importing Reviews
The Import Reviews feature helps you centralize guest feedback from multiple sources. Whether you're importing reviews directly from OTAs or uploading files manually, this tool simplifies the process, saves time, and ensures all reviews are managed from a single location.
You can access the Import Reviews option from the Actions button. This will automatically import reviews for All connected channels.
