To successfully connect your AdvanceCM rentals via Holidu's API integration, please review the listing content requirements below.
Listing Content Requirements
Before connecting, ensure your rentals meet the following requirements:
Rental bathroom count must be at least 1
Rental bedrooms count must be at least 1
Rental sleep max count must be at least 1
Rental description must be between 20 and 10,000 characters long
Rental display name must be between 8 and 255 characters long
Rental size count must be at least 1
Rental type must be selected
Rental address must be updated
At least 6 photos are required
At least 5 rental amenities are required

Do I need an existing Holidu account before connecting via API?
Yes, please sign up here. Once registered, Holidu will provide a Provider ID to enter in AdvanceCM.How are guest payments handled on Holidu?
Property Managers are responsible for billing their guests.You must have a payment gateway connected to AdvanceCM.
Holidu will pass guests' card information, which will be stored in the connected payment gateway.

No. Listing management must be done via AdvanceCM (Channel Manager). You will message guests and manage booking changes through AdvanceCM.How do I adjust guest requirements or restrictions?
These settings can be modified within AdvanceCM and will be pushed over to Holidu.Can I adjust my nightly rates or extra fees on Holidu?
Nightly rates must be added/edited in AdvanceCM. Rates with the default category will be pushed to Holidu. You can use channel adjustments to set different rates for Holidu.
Important to note:
Important Notes About Booking Fees on Holidu
Holidu does NOT support:
- Booking fees based on guest threshold or length threshold.
- Booking fees and taxes in Per Person, Per Night, or Per Person/Per Night.
- Day-of-the-week-based fees, refundable fees, or taxable fields.
Holidu DOES support:
- Booking fees and taxes in Percentage (Per Stay Modality Only).
Additional Holidu Notes:
The additional guest fee does NOT apply to children.
If booking fees and taxes are set in percentages, Holidu rounds them up to the next higher integer for calculations.
Availability is updated to Holidu when:A rental is updated in AdvanceCM.
Rates or availability change in AdvanceCM.
A booking is created or canceled.
Deleting a Holidu Listing:
Listings must be removed from AdvanceCM via the Channel Connections page.
