A: Yes, the WhatsApp App is free of charge.
Can a Property manager connect his Whatapp number inside AdvanceCM?
A: No, this is not supported. Property manager can send Whatsapp message on guest's Whatsapp number but it will be sent on behalf of AdvanceCM. No connection with Property manager's Whatsapp number.
Is SMS App subscription free of charge?

Is Instagram App subscription free of charge?
A: Yes, the Instagram App is free of charge.
Is Facebook App subscription free of charge?
A: Yes, the Facebook App is free of charge.

Can I connect a Facebook Private Account to the Facebook Messaging App for guest communication?
A: No, you can only connect your Facebook Business Account.
Can my guest send inquiries or initiate conversations through WhatsApp or SMS?
A: No, only the host can start the conversation by sending a SMS or WhatsApp message to the guest phone through the AdvanceCM Inbox.
Can a host start a WhatsApp conversation with a custom message?
A: Whatsapp conversations can only be started by host using pre-defined templates. If the host (property manager) starts the conversations with "Test Message". This message will not be received by guest. Once a guest has received the pre-defined message, once the guest replies, then both parties can freely communicate without the requirement of any templates.
Are you managing Message logs for all messages?
Yes, we display al kind of message logs in the Unified Inbox under Logs tab
