A: No, you can only connect your Facebook Business Account.
Can my guest send inquiries or initiate conversation through whatsapp or SMS?
A: No, only the host can start the conversation by sending an SMS or Whatsapp message to the guest phone through AdvanceCM Inbox.
Can host start whatsapp conversation with any kind of message?
A:Whatsapp conversation can only be started with pre defined templates by host. If host (property manager) starts the conversations with "Test Message". This message will not be received by guest. Once guest has received the message, now after guest replies both parties can freely communicate without the requirement of any templates
