Before listing your rentals on Google Vacation Rentals (GVR), you must ensure they meet Google’s listing requirements.
If there are errors in your rentals, a "Fix" button will appear. These errors must be corrected before the rental can be listed on Google.
How to Fix Rental Errors in Google Vacation Rentals
Step 1: Access Rentals with Errors
Go to Channels > API Channels in AdvanceCM.
Click on GVR from the list on the left panel.

You will see three types of rentals:
Not Activated: Rentals that have not yet gone through the activation process will show an "Activate" button under the Action column.

Activated & Error-Free: Rentals that have passed all requirements will have the Activation Status toggle enabled.

Rentals with Errors: Rentals containing errors will show an "Edit" or "Fix" button.

Step 2: Fix Rental Errors
Click "Fix" to view the list of errors for the rental.

Click "Fix It" next to an error. You will be redirected to the relevant section to make corrections.

Example: Clicking "Fix It" for photos will take you to the Photo Gallery.

Make the necessary updates and save your changes.
For a complete list of possible errors, see our GVR FAQs.
Step 3: Publish Your Listings
Once all errors are resolved, click "Publish Website" to apply the corrections.

Your updated listings will be sent to Google’s Hotel Center for review.
Once approved by Google, your rentals will be live and available for bookings.
