In AdvanceCM, changes in availability are instantly sent to your connected channels; however, rates can be pushed either manually or can be pushed automatically as well. The platform is designed this way so that you can make rate changes without worrying that the change has been propagated to the channels before changes are final. You send rates to the API channels only when you decide to push them.
Manual Rate Push to API Channels
If you have mapped Rental Rate Categories to specific channel rate categories:
Push rates by navigating to Rentals > Click into the rental you would like to push rates for.
Navigate to the Rates tab then on the "Rate Mappings" option

Next, click on Actions and Push Rates.
Alternatively, rates can be pushed within each Channel Connection:
Navigate to your Channels Connections list by clicking "Channels" in AdvanceCM

Find the connection you want to check and click the edit (three dots) icon to the right of it
Select "Connection Detail"
Select Actions > Push Rates

You will be asked what AdvanceCM Rate Category you want to push to your Channel rate category.
Make the selections then click "Push Rate" to publish rates. They will now be sent through the channel APIs to go live!
On the Connection Detail page (where you just pushed rates), scroll down to the bottom and view "Activity Logs"
Activity logs show the most recent availability pulls, availability pushes, and rate pushes. This will reflect the most recent rate push and show if any errors were returned by the channel website when pushing rates.
Similarly you can do manual rate push for other channels as mentioned in below screenshots:
Holidu

Rentals United

Marriot

Google Vacation Rentals

Similarly you can also push rates and availability to channels using Rate Push & Availability option available on top right corner. Learn more about this in this help article

Auto Rate Push to API Channels
Once you have a rate mapping set and Auto Sync is ON, if any changes are made to rates, they will be pushed automatically.

Daily Cron: AdvanceCM will push rates automatically once per day for those rentals which are using Last min or Gap night rule automation and whose rates have been not generated in last 24 hours. Also we will check that rental is not using Rategenie and rental does have rate mapping set and Auto-sync is ON.
For CM2 channels like Trip.com and Tiket, rate mapping should be set and Auto sync should be ON.
For CM2 channels, If no rate mapping record is found for the room, and rates are updated then it will push the Tokeet category & Channel rate plan that was selected in the last manual rate push. Like for Holidu, GVR, Marriott and Rentals united.
