Connecting your Agoda and AdvanceCM accounts is simple and effective. Once linked, AdvanceCM will automatically update your Agoda availability and import bookings, ensuring seamless synchronization between both platforms. This guide outlines the steps to establish and manage your connection.
How to Connect
The process of connecting Agoda to AdvanceCM consists of two parts: requesting AdvanceCM as your channel manager in Agoda and completing the integration within AdvanceCM.
Step 1: In Agoda
Send a message via the Help form in Agoda, requesting that Tokeet be designated as your channel manager.
Include your Agoda Hotel ID in your request.
Step 2: In AdvanceCM
Before proceeding, ensure that rental rates are defined for your properties in AdvanceCM, as you will need to push rates to Agoda during the setup process.
Access the Channels Module
Navigate to the Channels module from the top menu bar.

Add Agoda as a Channel
In the Channels List view, click the + Add Channel button.

This will open the Channels Overlay, where you can select Agoda and click Connect.
If no existing Agoda connections exist, you will see a Connect button; otherwise, you will see Add.
Complete the Connection Wizard
Once you click the button, it will open the Connection Wizard page.
Follow the steps in the wizard and enter your Agoda Property ID.

Click Connect, and AdvanceCM will import all rooms under this Property ID.

Link Rentals
Click into each imported room and link it to the corresponding AdvanceCM Rental. Click Next.

Import Bookings
On the Import Bookings step, click Import to sync your Agoda calendar with AdvanceCM.

Push Availability
This step updates Agoda with your AdvanceCM calendar availability.

Push Rates
If you have not yet created rates for the linked rental, click on Add Standard Rate or Add Dynamic Rate to do so. If you already have rates or the rental, click Next.

Click Push Rates to send the rates in AdvanceCM to your Agoda property

This requires choosing the AdvanceCM Rate category and Expedia Rate category that you want synced.

Note: While availability updates are sent instantly, rates need to be manually pushed via the Push Rate option. This setup allows you to control when rates are sent to API channels, ensuring that updates are only pushed when you're ready.
Your Agoda connection is now active! Repeat this process for each Agoda connection you need to establish.
Messaging Agoda Guests from AdvanceCM
Once your connection is complete, you must request Agoda to send reservation details, including guest information. Without this, messages sent from AdvanceCM will not reach your guests.
Log in to the Agoda Extranet.
Contact Agoda support via Live Chat or the Help Center widget.
Request that Agoda send guest information with reservations to your channel manager.
Agoda’s support team will confirm once the setting is updated.
Due to security protocols, Agoda does not allow users to include the guest's phone number directly in the confirmation email. For any direct communication, you may contact the guest through the Agoda Homes messaging system.
How to Disconnect from Agoda
Navigate to the Channels section in AdvanceCM.
Click Agoda in the left navigation panel.
Click the Disconnect button.

Enter the Accommodation ID you wish to disconnect.

The disconnection process is now complete.
