Airbnb Opportunities, Reviews & Notifications

Managing your Airbnb listings efficiently is key to maximizing bookings and keeping your guests happy. With the upgraded Airbnb Channel Details page in AdvanceCM, you now have more insights and control over your listings—all from one centralized location.

This new update enhances how you interact with Airbnb by providing access to key information and actionable recommendations. Instead of switching between multiple platforms, you can now view and manage essential Airbnb data directly within AdvanceCM.

The Airbnb Channel Details page is now organized into three dedicated tabs:

  • Opportunities – Airbnb’s recommendations to improve your listing’s visibility and performance

  • Reviews – Guest feedback pulled directly from Airbnb into AdvanceCM

  • Notifications – Airbnb alerts and account updates displayed within AdvanceCM

These upgrades streamline your workflow by allowing you to monitor, update, and respond to Airbnb data without leaving AdvanceCM. Whether it's making pricing adjustments, updating listing settings, responding to reviews, or staying on top of Airbnb notifications, everything is now in one place for better efficiency and control.

Here's how each new tab works:

Opportunities – Optimize Your Listings

The Opportunities tab provides personalized recommendations from Airbnb, designed to help increase bookings and improve guest experience.

These suggestions are based on what Airbnb knows about traveler preferences and search trends. Examples of opportunities include:

  • Offering discounts to attract more bookings

  • Adding popular amenities that guests are searching for

  • Adjusting listing settings to improve visibility in search results

Each opportunity will appear in a list with an Edit icon. Clicking on this will provide one of two options:

Click to open the link in Airbnb

This option takes you directly to your Airbnb account, where you can review and apply the opportunity.

Click to add data using AdvanceCM

For some opportunities, you can make the necessary updates directly within AdvanceCM.

Clicking this option will open a pop-up where you can enter the required details and apply the update instantly.

This feature makes it faster and easier to implement Airbnb’s suggestions without having to navigate away from AdvanceCM.

Reviews – See What Guests Are Saying

Your guest reviews from Airbnb will now automatically sync to AdvanceCM, making it easier than ever to keep track of guest feedback.

How to access reviews:

  1. Navigate to the Reviews tab on the Airbnb Channel Details page.

  2. View all guest reviews for your listings, including ratings and comments.

  3. Use this information to improve guest experiences and make adjustments to your listings.

By having all your guest feedback in one place, you can stay on top of guest satisfaction and respond proactively to reviews without switching between platforms.

Notifications – Stay Informed with Airbnb Updates

The Notifications tab now displays important Airbnb account alerts and messages directly within AdvanceCM.

These notifications may include:

  • Policy updates that require your attention

  • Action reminders (e.g., missing details in a listing)

  • Status changes for your listings

Instead of logging in to Airbnb separately, you can now stay informed and act quickly on these updates, all within AdvanceCM.

With these new updates, the Airbnb Channel Details page in AdvanceCM provides a clearer, more organized, and action-driven way to manage your Airbnb connection.
