The AdvanceCM Locks Automation Autopilot Wizard simplifies lock management by automating actions triggered by various lock-related events. These automations cover:

Accessing the Locks Automation Autopilot Wizard
Navigate to the Automations option in the top menu bar.

Click the Autopilot Wizard button.
Select the Locks option on the Autopilot overlay to view all available lock automation options.
Available Automation Tabs
1. Device Connected Tab
When a lock device connects, you can:
Notify AdvanceCM users via email — Select multiple users to notify. An email template will be automatically drafted in AdvanceCM, which you can edit or replace by clicking the Template button.
2. Code Generated Tab
When a new lock code is generated, you can:
Send the code to the guest automatically — You can edit the email template or select a different one.
Notify AdvanceCM users via email — Select multiple users to notify. An email template will be drafted automatically, which you can edit or replace using the Template button.
3. Code Updated Tab
When a lock code is updated, you can:
Send the updated code to the guest automatically — You can edit the email template or select a different one.
Notify AdvanceCM users via email — Select multiple users to notify. An email template will be drafted automatically, which you can edit or replace using the Template button.
4. Code First Used Tab
When a lock code is used for the first time, you can:
Notify AdvanceCM users via email — Select multiple users to notify. An email template will be drafted automatically, which you can edit or replace using the Template button.
Automatically log the first-time code usage — This log entry is created by default and is read-only.
5. Battery Low Tab

When a lock’s battery is low, you can:
Notify AdvanceCM users via email — Select multiple users to notify. An email template will be drafted automatically, which you can edit or replace using the Template button.
Automatically log the low battery event — This log entry is created by default and is read-only.
6. Device Issue Tab
When a lock device encounters an issue, you can:
Notify AdvanceCM users via email — Select multiple users to notify. An email template will be drafted automatically, which you can edit or replace using the Template button.
Send a message to the guest — A predefined message template will be used, which you can edit.
Automatically create an incident for the device issue — A predefined incident template will be used, which you can edit.
