You can access Locks Automation Autopilot Wizard from purple color “Autopilot” button
Click the Locks option in Autopilot overlay and it will open the Autopilot Overlay for Locks
Device Connected tab:
The first tab you can see on Locks Autopilot Overlay is the Device Connected tab. If any device is connected then perform below action items:
1- You can Notify AdvanceCM users via Email by selecting multiple users and once this toggle is enabled then email template will be drafted automatically inside AdvanceCM while you can edit the template or choose any other one by selecting “Template” button
Code Generated tab:
The second tab you can see on Locks Autopilot Overlay is the Code Generated tab. If any code is generated against any device then perform below action items:
1- You can send code to the Guest automatically. You can edit the template or choose any other template.
2- You can Notify AdvanceCM users via Email by selecting multiple users and once this toggle is enabled then email template will be drafted automatically inside AdvanceCM while you can edit the template or choose any other one by selecting “Template” button
Code Updated tab:
The third tab you can see on Locks Autopilot Overlay is the Code updated tab. If any code is updated against any device then perform below action items:
1- You can send updated code to the Guest automatically. You can edit the template or choose any other template.
2- You can Notify AdvanceCM users via Email by selecting multiple users and once this toggle is enabled then email template will be drafted automatically inside AdvanceCM while you can edit the template or choose any other one by selecting “Template” button
Code First Used tab:
The fourth tab you can see on Locks Autopilot Overlay is the Code first used tab. If any code is used first time for any device then perform below action items:
1- You can Notify AdvanceCM users via Email by selecting multiple users and once this toggle is enabled then email template will be drafted automatically inside AdvanceCM while you can edit the template or choose any other one by selecting “Template” button
2- Make log entry whenever code is used first time, This will be enabled by default and will be read only.
Battery Low tab:
The fifth tab you can see on Locks Autopilot Overlay is the Battery Low tab. If any device’s battery is low then perform below action items:
1- You can Notify AdvanceCM users via Email by selecting multiple users and once this toggle is enabled then email template will be drafted automatically inside AdvanceCM while you can edit the template or choose any other one by selecting “Template” button
2- Make log entry whenever device battery is low, This will be enabled by default and will be read only.
Device Issue tab:
The sixth tab you can see on Locks Autopilot Overlay is the device issue tab. If any device is not working expectedly then perform below action items:
1- You can Notify AdvanceCM users via Email by selecting multiple users and once this toggle is enabled then email template will be drafted automatically inside AdvanceCM while you can edit the template or choose any other one by selecting “Template” button
2- Send a message to the guest, the template will be pre defined, and you can edit it.
3- Create Incident for device issue, template will be pre defined, you can edit it.
