If you wish to prevent Advance Intelligence from responding to messages based on specified criteria, then you can add an Ignore List for:
Bookings
Guests
Regex (Regular Expressions) Patterns
Rentals
Here's a breakdown of the Ignore List sections:
1- Bookings
You can block any specific bookings from Advance Intelligence auto responses and Advance Intelligence will never send any auto AI based response to this booking conversation’s email address.
2- Guests
You can block any specific guest from Advance Intelligence auto responses and Advance Intelligence will never send any auto AI based response to this guest.
3- Regex (Regular Expressions) Patterns
The search for Regex patterns will be done within the email address for the booking.
You can block any specific regex pattern from Advance Intelligence auto responses and Advance Intelligence will never send any auto AI based response to the guest email address which matches this patterns.
See example below where the Regex pattern defined is "gmail.com". In this case, any email address containing that text will not get a Advance Intelligence response sent:
4- Rentals
You can block any specific Rental from getting Advance Intelligence auto responses and Advance Intelligence will not send any auto AI-based response to guests of this rental.
Similarly you can block any Booking conversation, Rental and Guest from the respective module under the List View and Detail Overlay as shown in the screenshots below:
