The AdvanceCM Messages Automation Autopilot Wizard enhances communication efficiency by automating actions when guest messages are received. These actions include sending email, push, and SMS notifications to selected AdvanceCM users, as well as using AI to generate or automatically send responses to guests. This ensures faster response times and improves guest communication management.
Accessing the Messages Automation Autopilot Wizard
To access the Messages Automation Autopilot Wizard, first navigate to the Automations option in the top menu bar.

Next, click the Autopilot Wizard button.
Select Messages on the Autopilot overlay to view the available automation options for guest messages.
Received tab
When a guest message is received, you can configure the following automated actions:
Notify AdvanceCM users via email by selecting multiple users. Once this toggle is enabled, an email template will be automatically drafted in AdvanceCM. You can edit the template or select a different one by clicking the Template button.
Notify AdvanceCM users via push notification by selecting multiple users. Once this toggle is enabled, a push notification template will be automatically drafted in AdvanceCM. You can edit the template or select a different one by clicking the Template button.
Notify AdvanceCM users via SMS by selecting multiple users. Once this toggle is enabled, an SMS template will be automatically drafted in AdvanceCM. You can edit the template or select a different one by clicking the Template button.
Generate AI-based draft responses by enabling the Create AI-based drafts toggle. This will automatically create suggested replies using Advance Intelligence whenever a guest message is received.
Automatically send AI-based replies by enabling the Automatically send AI-based messages toggle. This will automatically send AI-generated responses to guests as soon as a message is received.
Note: If AI draft creation or automatic AI replies have already been enabled in the Advance Intelligence Settings, these toggles will appear enabled by default in the Autopilot Wizard.
