You can access Messages Automation Autopilot Wizard from purple color “Autopilot” button
Click the Messages option in Autopilot overlay and it will open the Autopilot Overlay for Messages.
Received tab
If any guest message is received then you can perform below action:
1- You can Notify AdvanceCM users via Email by selecting multiple users and once this toggle is enabled then email template will be drafted automatically inside AdvanceCM while you can edit the template or choose any other one by selecting “Template” button
2- You can Notify AdvanceCM users via Push Notification by selecting multiple users and once this toggle is enabled then Push Notification template will be drafted automatically inside AdvanceCM while you can edit the template or choose any other one by selecting “Template” button
3- You can Notify AdvanceCM users via SMS by selecting multiple users and once this toggle is enabled then SMS template will be drafted automatically inside AdvanceCM while you can edit the template or choose any other one by selecting “Template” button
4- You can enable Advance Intelligence by enabling the toggle “Create AI based drafts” which will generate AI based drafts once guest message is received
5- You can enable Advance Intelligence by enabling the toggle “Automatically send AI based message” which will send AI based messages to guest once guest message is received
Note: If you have already activated AI drafts or Automatic sending of AI messages under Advance Intelligence Settings then these toggles will appear enabled by default.
