The AdvanceCM Review Automation Autopilot Wizard helps streamline communication by automatically sending email notifications to guests after they submit a review. This feature enhances guest satisfaction by acknowledging their feedback and fostering a positive post-stay experience.
Accessing the Reviews Automation Autopilot Wizard
To access the Reviews Automation Autopilot Wizard, navigate to the Automations option in the top menu bar.
Next, click on the Autopilot Wizard button.
Select Reviews on the Autopilot overlay to view the available automation options for reviews.
Review Submitted by Host Tab
If a review is submitted by the host, you can perform the following action:
Notify the guest via email by selecting an email template. A default template will be pre-filled when this toggle is enabled. You can edit the template by clicking the Template button.
