Autopilot Wizards Overview
The Autopilot Wizard consists of advanced automations which refers to the use of technology to automate and streamline various AdvancCM related operations such as tasks creation, expense creation, bookings management and so on. It minimizes the need for manual intervention and enhances efficiency.
In AdvanceCM, the Autopilot Wizard provides the ability to quickly set up automation using toggles, without entering information for different fields or going through multiple screens. Below are the different modules that you can create advanced automations for using the Autopilot Wizard.
Bookings: Using this module option users can set up Automations for notifying guests or users or for updating booking statuses.

Autopilot Overview
Under the Overview tab, you can see the scheduled Autopilot triggers with last triggered dates.
To the right of each created Automation you can see icons for the actions below:
1- Edit Template: This will give you access to edit email template for this automation
2- View Automation logs: This will give you access to see automation related logs
3- Configure Automation: This will give you access to open the Autopilot Overlay to make any change
4- Delete Automation: This will give you ability to delete this automation
