Reviews Dashboard

The Reviews Dashboard in AdvanceCM provides a centralized, easy-to-use interface for managing and responding to guest and host reviews from multiple channels. It helps property managers efficiently track reviews, monitor ratings, and manage review content — all in one place.

With the Reviews Dashboard, you can:

• Reply directly to guest reviews

• Generate AI-based responses (available with an Advance Intelligence subscription)

• Track review trends and performance across your properties

This streamlined review management process helps you maintain a positive reputation and engage effectively with both guests and hosts.

Accessing the Reviews Dashboard

To access the Reviews Dashboard, click the Reviews icon in the left-hand navigation menu.

This will open the dashboard where you can view all review-related data and options.

Reviews Automation

You can also automate your review responses using the Reviews Automation feature, available via the Automation button within the dashboard.

Currently, AdvanceCM supports reviews from the following channels:

1. Airbnb

2. Booking.com

3. Expedia

4. VRBO

Key Features in the Reviews Dashboard

Top Review Rating Per Channel

This section displays a quick overview of your highest ratings per channel, helping you see which platforms your properties are performing best on.

Reviews Graph

The Reviews Graph provides a visual overview of all reviews received over the past 12 months, including the current month.

• Hover over any bar in the graph to see review details for that month.

Latest Reviews

This section lists the most recent reviews, including:

• Reviews submitted by guests

• Reviews submitted by hosts about guests

Overall Average Rating for Rentals

This section displays a list view of all reviews, both those received from guests and submitted by hosts.

• The Rating column shows the review rating provided via the respective channel.
