To successfully connect your AdvanceCM rentals to Homes & Villas by Marriott International (HVMI), ensure your listings meet the following requirements.
Listing Content Requirements:
Each rental must meet these minimum content requirements before connecting to HVMI:
Rental bathroom count must be at least 1
Rental bedrooms count must be at least 1
Rental sleep max count must be at least 1
Rental description must be between 20 and 10,000 characters long
Rental display name must be between 8 and 255 characters long
Rental size count must be at least 1
Rental type must be selected
Rental address must be updated
At least 6 photos are required
At least 5 rental amenities are required
Property Managers
✔ Professionally manage and clean at least 30 "approved" properties (with exceptions for certain markets).
✔ Provide 24/7 local support for guests.
✔ Be responsible for calendar availability and pricing updates.
✔ Maintain a track record of reliability, safety, quick response times, and customer satisfaction.
Homes
Full Property Rental – Entire home required (no studios or shared spaces).
Guest Essentials – High-speed Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen (cookware, utensils), TV, in-unit laundry.
Premium Linens & Towels – Quality sheets, towels, and guest bathroom essentials (soap, shampoo, hairdryer).
Safety Equipment – Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher.
