Each rental in AdvanceCM has a unique calendar URL in iCal format, which contains your booking information (excluding any sensitive or personally identifiable data). You can use this URL to sync your AdvanceCM calendar with HolidayLettings, ensuring your availability stays up to date automatically.
This guide walks you through how to locate your rental’s iCal URL and connect it to HolidayLettings.
Step 1: Locate Your AdvanceCM Calendar URL
Log in to AdvanceCM.
Navigate to the Channels module from the top menu bar.

In the Channels List view, click + Add Channel.

In the Channels Overlay, go to the iCal tab.
Select HolidayLettings and click Connect.

In the Exported Calendars section, click Add.

Choose the Rental you want to export.
Click Export.

In the popup, copy the generated iCal URL.
Click Done.

You will need this URL for the next step.
Step 2: Log Into HolidayLettings
Visit holidaylettings.co.uk.
Click Sign In in the top-right corner and select Owners / Managers.
Enter your HolidayLettings email address and password.
You’ll be taken to your HolidayLettings dashboard.
Step 3: Access Your HolidayLettings Calendar
In the left-hand navigation of your dashboard, click Calendar.

On the calendar page, click Edit sync settings in the top-right corner of the calendar table.

This will open the Connect a calendar modal window.
Step 4: Import Your AdvanceCM Calendar
In the Connect a calendar modal window:
Select Other as the calendar type.

Paste the AdvanceCM calendar URL into the calendar URL field.
Enter AdvanceCM as the calendar name.
Click Connect this calendar.
HolidayLettings will now regularly import data from your AdvanceCM calendar, ensuring that your availability is always current.
