Connecting your Tiket.com and AdvanceCM accounts ensures automatic availability updates and booking imports, allowing seamless synchronization between both platforms.
Follow the steps below to establish and manage your connection.
How to Connect Tiket.com to AdvanceCM
Step 1: Add Tiket.com as a Channel
Access the Channels Module
Navigate to the Channels module from the top menu bar.

Add Tiket.com as a Channel
In the Channels List view, click + Add Channel.

Select Tiket.com from the list and click Connect (or Add if an existing connection is present).

Complete the Connection Wizard
Click Connect on the Getting Started page.

Follow the preparation steps by clicking Next through the following sections:
Create or Import Rental

Blocking Dates

Preparing Rates

Messaging Requirements

Extranet Requirements

Request Channel Manager Access
Enter your Property ID in the required field and click Connect.

To find your Property ID, log in to Tiket.com, go to Dashboard, and locate the Property ID at the top.

Click Finish to complete the connection process.

Connection Confirmation
Once successfully connected, you will receive a confirmation message. Your Tiket.com listings will now appear in AdvanceCM.

How to Link Tiket.com Listings with AdvanceCM Rentals
Once your accounts are connected, you must link your Tiket.com listings with AdvanceCM rentals.
Step 1: Link to Existing Rentals
Scroll down to Connections, where Linked Rental is empty.
Click the three vertical dots and select Connection Details.

From the drop-down selector, choose the AdvanceCM rental you want to link.

Click Next to proceed.
Step 2: Sync Availability & Rates
Push Availability
Update your Tiket.com calendar by clicking Push Availability.

Push Rates
If rates are not set up, add them in the Rates section.

Click Push Rates, then click Next.

Review & Complete
Verify the setup in the Review step and click Done to finalize the process.

How to Disconnect from Tiket.com
Navigate to the Channels section in AdvanceCM.
Click on Tiket.com in the left navigation panel.
Click the Disconnect button.

Enter the Accommodation ID you wish to disconnect.

Once completed, your Tiket.com connection will be removed.
