Can I switch back to Tokeet (TV3) after migrating to AdvanceCM (ACM)?

A: There is no Migration, both TV3 and AdvanceCM will remain available at the same time using the same credentials. However, we highly recommend using AdvanceCM, as it offers a more sophisticated and feature-rich experience compared to TV3.

Will my data and settings from TV3 automatically transfer to AdvanceCM?

A: Yes, all your data and settings will be available immediately upon switching to AdvanceCM, so there’s no need to worry about manually transferring any information.

Are smart locks integrated into AdvanceCM?

A: Yes, smart locks are integrated, but they are available as an additional paid feature. You can find more details about the smart locks here.

How will the connection with WhatsApp work? Will we receive notifications on our WhatsApp app on mobile devices?

A: No, the connection will operate through our mobile provider, and you will be linked to WhatsApp via your ACM account, not through your personal mobile number. For more details about WhatsApp Message please click here.

Does AdvanceCM have different pricing plans than TV3?

A: No, AdvanceCM and TV3 follow the same pricing structure.

Will my current integrations (e.g., channel managers, payment gateways) still work after switching to AdvanceCM?

A: Yes, all your existing integrations, such as channel managers and payment gateways, will continue to function as they did before the switch.

Are there any new features in AdvanceCM that are not available in TV3?

A: Yes, There are several features which were not available in TV3:

A: The currency you have set on your rentals in AdvanceCM should be the same currency on your channels, if a channel doesn't support your currency, Rategenie has a feature called currency adjustment rule that can help with this. Learn more
