AdvanceCM allows users to create Custom Channels to manage additional booking sources that are not directly integrated via API or iCal. This feature enables users to track and organize reservations from external platforms, direct bookings, or any other custom sources within the system. Creating a Custom Channel is a straightforward process that helps ensure all bookings are properly categorized and managed within AdvanceCM.
Users can create a Custom Channel by going into Channels and clicking the drop down button on the right of the “Add Channel” button.

Click on the “Add Custom Channel” option and it will load a popup with options to add a Channel Name and an option to add a description. You can also upload a logo but that is optional.

The added Custom Channel will appear on the left side under Custom Channels.

These custom channels will appear in all modules in the Source drop down list. One example is given below:
