The AdvanceCM Invoices Automation Autopilot Wizard simplifies invoice management by automating actions based on invoice status changes. These include:
Automatic status updates for invoices
Automated charging of invoices
Email notifications to guests for invoice creation, payment confirmation, and cancellations
These automations enhance financial efficiency, improve guest communication, and ensure timely and accurate invoice processing.
Accessing the Invoices Automation Autopilot Wizard
Navigate to the Automations option in the top menu bar.

Click the Autopilot Wizard button.
Click the Invoices option in the Autopilot overlay to explore the automation options for invoices.
Available Automation Tabs
1. Manually Created Tab

When an invoice is created manually, you can:
Update the invoice status to Paid automatically.
Charge the invoice by toggling the Charge Invoice option.
Send the invoice to the guest via email — A default email template for the invoice will be pre-filled. You can edit this template by clicking the Template button.
Send document for signature using Documents module
Send it to Zapier if Zapier x AdvanceCM configuration is already setup inside Zapier.
2. Paid Tab

When an invoice is marked as paid, you can:
Update the booking status to Paid automatically.
Send a payment confirmation email to the guest — A default confirmation email template will be pre-filled. You can edit this template by clicking the Template button.
Send document for signature using Documents module
Send it to Zapier if Zapier x AdvanceCM configuration is already setup inside Zapier.
3. Cancelled Tab

When an invoice is cancelled, you can:
Update the booking status to Unpaid automatically.
Send it to Zapier if Zapier x AdvanceCM configuration is already setup inside Zapier.
4- After Invoice Due

When an invoice is Overdue, you can:
Send payment reminder to guest (by selecting custom template)
Notify the users (by selecting custom template)
Cancel the booking and update booking status to canceled.
Send it to Zapier if Zapier x AdvanceCM configuration is already setup
