Connecting to Google's Vacation Rental platform
Millions of travelers use Google daily to plan their trips, research accommodations, and make bookings. With AdvanceCM, you can now list your rentals on Google and expand your reach. Follow the steps below to set up your connection.
Requirements
To list your rental on Google, it must be linked to an AdvanceCM or Webready website. If you haven’t created a website yet, follow these guides:
Setting Up Your Google Vacation Rental Connection
Access the Channels Module
Navigate to the Channels module from the top menu bar.

Click the + Add Channel button.

Select Google as a Channel
In the Channels Overlay, select Google.

This will open the Connection Wizard.

Choose Rentals to Publish
Click Next, then select the rentals you want to list on Google’s Vacation Rental platform.
Click Activate.

Set Up Your Website & Domain
Choose the website landing page and domain from the displayed options.

If your rental is not yet linked to a website, follow these guides:
Select a Cancellation Policy
Choose the appropriate cancellation policy for your rental.

Fix Any Listing Errors
The system will display any issues preventing your rental from being published.
Review and correct these errors before proceeding.

Publish Your Website
Once all errors are fixed, publish your website.

Submit to Google
Once your website is published, your rental listings will be sent to Google’s Hotel Center for review.
After approval, your listings will go live, and travelers will be able to book through Google.
