If you've recently added new listings to your Airbnb account but don't see them in AdvanceCM, don't worry! Newly added listings do not automatically sync, but you can easily refresh your Airbnb property list in just a few steps.
Refreshing Your Airbnb Property List
Go to Channels – In AdvanceCM, navigate to the Channels module.
Find Your Airbnb Connection – Locate any Airbnb API connection in the list.
Open Channel Details – Click the three-dot menu next to the connection and select Channel Detail to access the Airbnb Channel Detail page.
Click Actions – On the Airbnb Channel Detail page, click the Actions button.
Select "Refresh Room List" – This will pull in your latest Airbnb listings.
Once refreshed, your new Airbnb listings will appear in your connection list. Simply link them to the appropriate AdvanceCM rentals, and you're all set!
Importing New Airbnb Listings as Rentals
If you'd like to create new rentals in AdvanceCM by importing them from Airbnb:
On the Airbnb Channel Detail page, scroll down to the Connections section.
Look for listings where the Linked Rental status is "None."
Click the three-dot menu next to the listing and select "Import Property."
This will create a new rental in AdvanceCM using the details from your Airbnb listing.
Now, your property list is fully updated, ensuring seamless synchronization between Airbnb and AdvanceCM! 🚀
