Advance Intelligence will use information provided in the sections below while generating responses for guests.
The knowledgebase consists of a Documents Section and FAQ Section.
Advance Intelligence Documents
The documents section allows you to upload documents containing information that you will like Advance Intelligence to use when responding to guests. Only .md and .txt files are currently supported.
With each uploaded document we also have 3 toggles for Pre Booking, Post Booking and Post Checkin, these toggles help to control permissions of each added document.
1- Pre Booking: With this option, Advance Intelligence can share the information within the Documents with guests who have not confirmed the booking yet.
2- Post Booking: This option allows Advance Intelligence to share the Document information with guests who confirmed their booking.
3- Post Checkin: This options lets Advance Intelligence share the information of your Documents with guests who have already checked-in.
Advance Intelligence FAQs
The FAQs section contains text area in which you can add content and click on the “Add to List” button and to save the FAQ. Saved FAQs will be used by Advance Intelligence to answer questions by guests.
For example if there is an FAQ -
“What is your WhatsApp No?”

Now if a guest asks a question about the Whatsapp Number then Advance Intelligence can use this saved FAQ to generate a response for the guest. You can edit and delete your FAQs accordingly.
