You can access Credit Card Automation Autopilot Wizard from purple color “Autopilot” button
Click the Credit Card option in Autopilot overlay and it will open the Autopilot Overlay for Credit Card
Accepted tab
The first tab you can see on Credit Card Autopilot Overlay is the Accepted tab. If Credit Card is accepted then you perform below action items:
1- You can mark booking status as Confirmed
2- You can “Notify guest”via Email by choosing email template while default template will be available pre filled when this toggle is enabled.
3- You can Notify AdvanceCM users via Email by selecting multiple users and once this toggle is enabled then email template will be drafted automatically inside AdvanceCM while you can edit the template or choose any other one by selecting “Template” button
Deleted tab
The second tab you can see on Credit Card Autopilot Overlay is the Deleted tab. If credit card is deleted then you can perform below action:
1- You can mark booking status as “Mark for follow-up”
2- You can Notify AdvanceCM users via Email by selecting multiple users and once this toggle is enabled then email template will be drafted automatically inside AdvanceCM while you can edit the template or choose any other one by selecting “Template” button
Declined tab
The third tab you can see on Credit Card Autopilot Overlay is the Declined tab. If credit card is declined then you can perform below action:
1- You can mark booking status as “Mark for follow-up”
2- You can mark booking status as Unpaid
3- You can Notify AdvanceCM users via Email by selecting multiple users and once this toggle is enabled then email template will be drafted automatically inside AdvanceCM while you can edit the template or choose any other one by selecting “Template” button
Rejected tab
The fourth tab you can see on Credit Card Autopilot Overlay is the Rejected tab. If credit card is Rejected then you can perform below actions:
1- You can mark booking status as “Mark for follow-up”
2- You can mark booking status as Unpaid
3- You can Notify AdvanceCM users via Email by selecting multiple users and once this toggle is enabled then email template will be drafted automatically inside AdvanceCM while you can edit the template or choose any other one by selecting “Template” button
