Booking Automation Autopilot Wizard
You can access Booking Automation Autopilot Wizard from purple color “Autopilot” button
Click the Booking option in Autopilot overlay and and it will open the Autopilot Overlay for Bookings
You can setup booking automation using below events:
1- Inquiry is Created
The first option you select in the Booking Autopilot Overlay is “Inquiry is Created” . If Inquiry is created then you can perform below action items:
1- You can “Notify guest” about next steps via Email by choosing email template while default template will be available pre filled when this toggle is enabled.
2- You can Notify AdvanceCM users via Email by selecting multiple users and once this toggle is enabled then email template will be drafted automatically inside AdvanceCM while you can edit the template or choose any other one by selecting “Template” button
2- Booking is Confirmed
The second option you select in the Booking Autopilot Overlay is “ Booking is Confirmed” . If booking is confirmed then you can perform below action items:
1- Update booking status as Paid.
2- You can “Notify guest” about confirmation via Email by choosing email template while default template will be available pre filled when this toggle is enabled.
3- You can Notify AdvanceCM users via Email by selecting multiple users and once this toggle is enabled then email template will be drafted automatically inside AdvanceCM while you can edit the template or choose any other one by selecting “Template” button
3- Booking is Canceled
The third option you select in the Booking Autopilot Overlay is “ Booking is Canceled” . If booking is canceled then you can perform below action items:
1- You can “Notify guest” about cancellation via Email by choosing email template while default template will be available pre filled when this toggle is enabled.
2- You can Notify AdvanceCM users via Email by selecting multiple users and once this toggle is enabled then email template will be drafted automatically inside AdvanceCM while you can edit the template or choose any other one by selecting “Template” button
4- Booking Dates are Changed
The fourth option you select in the Booking Autopilot Overlay is “ - Booking Dates are Changed”. If booking dates are changed then you can perform below action items:
1 You can “Notify guest” via Email about changed dates of booking by choosing email template while default template will be available pre filled when this toggle is enabled.
2- You can Notify AdvanceCM users via Email by selecting multiple users and once this toggle is enabled then email template will be drafted automatically inside AdvanceCM while you can edit the template or choose any other one by selecting “Template” button
3- You can create a task with changed dates and assign it to any user.You can edit the task template while by default required fields will be pre filled once this toggle is enabled.
4- Delete all existing tasks created for this Booking
5- Booking Rental is Changed
The fifth option you select in the Booking Autopilot Overlay is “ - Booking Rental is Changed”. If booking rental is changed then you can perform below action items:
1 You can “Notify guest” via Email about changed rental name of booking by choosing email template while default template will be available pre filled when this toggle is enabled.
2- You can Notify AdvanceCM users via Email by selecting multiple users and once this toggle is enabled then email template will be drafted automatically inside AdvanceCM while you can edit the template or choose any other one by selecting “Template” button.
3- You can create a task with a changed rental name and assign it to any user.You can edit the task template while by default required fields will be pre filled once this toggle is enabled.
4- Delete all existing tasks created for this Booking
6- Booking Guest is Changed
The sixth option you select in the Booking Autopilot Overlay is “ - Booking Guest is Changed”. If booking guest is changed then you can perform below action items:
1 You can “Notify guest” via Email about changed guest names of booking by choosing email template while default template will be available pre filled when this toggle is enabled.
2- You can Notify AdvanceCM users about new guests via Email by selecting multiple users and once this toggle is enabled then email template will be drafted automatically inside AdvanceCM while you can edit the template or choose any other one by selecting “Template” button
7- Booking Cost is Changed
The seventh option you select in the Booking Autopilot Overlay is “ - Booking Cost is Changed”. If booking cost is changed then you can perform below action:
1 You can “Notify guest” via Email about changed guest names of booking by choosing email template while default template will be available pre filled when this toggle is enabled.
8- Booking is Paid
The eighth option you select in the Booking Autopilot Overlay is “ - Booking is Paid”. If booking is paid then you can perform below action items:
1 You can “Notify guest” via Email by choosing email template while default template will be available pre filled when this toggle is enabled.
2- You can Notify AdvanceCM users via Email by selecting multiple users and once this toggle is enabled then email template will be drafted automatically inside AdvanceCM while you can edit the template or choose any other one by selecting “Template” button
3- You can create a task for paid booking and assign it to any user.You can edit the task template while by default required fields will be pre filled once this toggle is enabled.
9- Before Check-in
The ninth option you select in the Booking Autopilot Overlay is “ - Before Check-in”. Before guest check-in time begins, you can perform below action items:
1 You can “Notify guest” via Email by choosing email template while default template will be available pre filled when this toggle is enabled.
2- Send Guest Portal URL to guest
3- You can Notify AdvanceCM users via Email by selecting multiple users and once this toggle is enabled then email template will be drafted automatically inside AdvanceCM while you can edit the template or choose any other one by selecting “Template” button
10- After Check-in
The tenth option you select in the Booking Autopilot Overlay is “ - After Check-in”. After guest check-ins, you can perform below action items:
1 You can “Notify guest” via Email by choosing email template while default template will be available pre filled when this toggle is enabled.
2- You can Notify AdvanceCM users via Email by selecting multiple users and once this toggle is enabled then email template will be drafted automatically inside AdvanceCM while you can edit the template or choose any other one by selecting “Template” button
11- Before Check-out
The eleventh option you select in the Booking Autopilot Overlay is “ - Before Check-out”. Before guest check-out time begins, you can perform below action items:
1 You can send reminder to guest via Email for Check-out details by choosing email template while default template will be available pre filled when this toggle is enabled.
2- You can Notify AdvanceCM users via Email by selecting multiple users and once this toggle is enabled then email template will be drafted automatically inside AdvanceCM while you can edit the template or choose any other one by selecting “Template” button
3- You can create a task for paid booking and assign it to any user.You can edit the task template while by default required fields will be pre filled once this toggle is enabled.
12- After Check-out
The twelfth option you select in the Booking Autopilot Overlay is “ - After Check-out”. After guest check-outs, you can perform below action items:
1 You can send thanks email to guest by choosing email template while default template will be available pre filled when this toggle is enabled.
2- You can create a task for property inspection after guest checks out and assign it to any user.You can edit the task template while by default required fields will be pre filled once this toggle is enabled.
3- Send a review to a guest. Once this toggle is enabled, automatically a pre-defined review template will be sent to the guest and will be stored under reviews module.
4- - You can Notify AdvanceCM users via Email about guest checkout by selecting multiple users and once this toggle is enabled then email template will be drafted automatically inside AdvanceCM while you can edit the template or choose any other one by selecting “Template” button
