When pushing rates from AdvanceCM to Booking.com, there are several important factors to keep in mind.
For example, Booking.com does not allow channel managers to:
Update the currency of a property.
Change occupancy-based pricing settings.

Best Practices
Rate Category
You must select which Rate Category you want to push to Booking.com.
We recommend creating a separate rate category for each connected channel.
AdvanceCM will use all rates assigned to this category when updating rates on Booking.com.

Additional Guest Fee (Occupancy-Based Pricing)
Booking.com follows specific rules for occupancy-based pricing, which AdvanceCM refers to as the Additional Guest Fee.
How It Works:
Occupancy-based pricing adjusts rates depending on the number of guests.
By default, Booking.com calculates maximum occupancy pricing based on your AdvanceCM Additional Guest Fee and automatically applies discounts when fewer guests book.
This can create rate discrepancies between AdvanceCM and Booking.com.
Adjusting This Setting in Booking.com:
Log in to your Booking.com Extranet Inbox.
Select "Booking.com Messages", then choose "See Contact Options".
Under "Rates & Availability", select "Create/adjust rates and prices".
Click "See all contact options", then choose to send a message or call.

Request that your occupancy-based pricing matches your settings in AdvanceCM.
Here's a sample message you may want to send Booking.com to request occupancy-based pricing:
Note: Some Booking.com accounts already receive the low occupancy rate from their channel manager. If your rates appear higher than expected, you may need to disable the Additional Guest Fee in AdvanceCM:
Go to the rental’s Settings tab under Rates.
Select ‘Ignore for Booking.com’ to remove the fee.
Rental Currency
AdvanceCM Rental Currency is not used by Booking.com.
To change your currency, you must email Booking.com via the Extranet—this applies to all channel managers.
Pushing Rates to Booking.com
If you have mapped Rate Categories to Booking.com, you can push rates in two ways:
Option 1 : Push Rates from the Rental Page
Navigate to the rental.
Click on the Rates tab, then select Rates Mapping.

Click on the icon next to the Booking.com rate mapping then Push Rates.

You can also use the checkboxes next to the rate mappings to push rates to the channel(s) as needed.

Option 2: Push Rates from the Channel Connection Page
Go to Channels in AdvanceCM.

Select Booking.com on the left panel and find the connection you want to update.
Click the Edit (three dots) icon, then select Connection Details.

Under Actions, click Push Rates.

Choose the Rate Category you want to push.

Click Push Rate to publish your updates.
