This short guide walks you through the core setup steps so you can connect your channels, manage rates, automate workflows, and start taking bookings — fast.

1. 🔐 Set Up Your AdvanceCM Account
🌍 Set your preferred language
⚙️ Complete your Account Settings & Preferences
👥 Add other users (optional) using Roles
2. 🏠 Create or Import Listings
📥 If using Airbnb, start by importing your listings - see Step 3 below
➕ Or manually create rentals via the Rentals module
💡 Importing from Airbnb also pulls in rates and content, saving you time.
3. 🔗 Connect Your Channels
Before starting:
🚫 Disconnect your existing PMS (if any) from Airbnb/Booking.com/VRBO etc
Steps:
🔄 Connect Airbnb first (if applicable) to pull in listings and rates
➕ Then connect other APIs (Booking.com, VRBO, etc.)
🔁 Use iCal if API isn’t supported by your channel
4. 💲 Add, Edit & Sync Rates
⚖️ Apply Channel Adjustments to increase or decrease pricing per OTA. Explore other dynamic pricing options.
🔁 Sync rates to your API channels
🔗 Set up Rate Mappings to automatically sync future rates to channels
5. 💳 Financial Settings & Payments
💼 Connect your payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
📄 Set up Invoice Automations for direct/VRBO bookings
6. 🤖 Create Automations
Use the Autopilot Wizard to enable pre-built automations like:
📨 Guest messages for confirmation, check-in/out, cancellations
📄 Send documents for e-signature or ID upload
📌 Create reusable message templates
