How to connect with AdvanceCM?
Sign-Up on the Trustd.ai Host Portal: To get started, fill out the form at https://trustd.ai/contact-us/. Our support team will then send you a secure, pre-filled link along with a one-time invitation code. Click the secure link, verify your details, complete the Sign-Up process, and confirm your email address. The Sign-Up form is shown below.
2. Linking Tokeet/AdvanceCM with Trustd.ai: After your email is verified, your Trustd.ai account will be activated, and the integration process with Tokeet or AdvanceCM will begin. Click the Authorize button to start integration
3. Log-in Tokeet/AdvanceCM: After you authorize Trustd.ai, you will be prompted to log in to your Tokeet or AdvanceCM account, as shown in the figure below.
4. Complete the Configuration: After logging in to your Tokeet/AdvanceCM account, you will be redirected back to your Trustd.ai Host Portal to complete your guest screening configuration. Follow the on-screen prompts to proceed, you’ll be guided through setting up your communication preferences and ID verification settings. Once these configurations are complete, you're all set.
How It Works: Once the setup is complete, guest screening runs automatically on all upcoming bookings, no further configuration is needed.
1. When you receive an inquiry or booking on Tokeet/AdvanceCM, Trustd.ai automatically retrieves the reservation details and prepares a secure, pre-filled guest form.
2. You’ll receive an email from Trustd.ai Guest Services with a secure link to the form. Simply forward this link to your guest using Tokeet messaging, email, or text. Note: Trustd.ai does not contact your guest directly, as most hosts prefer to manage guest communication themselves.
3. Once your guest completes the form, you’ll receive the screening result via email within minutes, typically 3–5 minutes after submission.
How to disconnect integration from Trustd plateform with AdvanceCM?
If you wish to stop using the Trustd.ai guest screening service, simply log in to your Trustd.ai account and click the "Disconnect Tokeet" button. This will disable the automated integration between Trustd.ai and Tokeet/AdvanceCM, stopping the automated screening service. However, you may continue to use Trustd.ai’s guest screening services manually if you prefer.
If you decide to resume automated screening in the future, just log back into your account and click the "Link to Tokeet Account" button to reactivate the integration. If you would like to permanently close your Trustd.ai account, please email us at support@trustd.ai.
