Reviews to Write- Bookings List View

The Reviewable Bookings List View in AdvanceCM allows property managers to efficiently monitor and manage those bookings for which Reviews are not submitted by host for guests yet. By using this List View, property managers can easily track those bookings for which reviews are not submitted by them yet.

What Bookings Are Displayed in this list view?

This list view will show all those bookings for which review is not submitted by hosts about guests.

Supported Channels

Host to guest reviews are only supported for below channels

  • Airbnb

  • VRBO

Accessing the Reviewable Bookings List View

To access this view:

  1. From your AdvanceCM dashboard, click the Reviews icon in the left navigation menu.

  2. Click the Reviews to Write List View icon to display the full list of bookings for which reviews are not submitted yet

Reviews to Write List View:

The Reviews to Write List View presents bookings in rows for which reviews are not submitted by host yet, each containing the following details and options:

  • Reviewee – It shows rental name along booking details.

  • Expired At – When this booking review option will be expired

  • Reservation No. – It shows booking id.

  • Channel Name.- It shows booking source name.

How to submit review to guest as a Host?

To submit a manual guest review as a host:

  1. Under the Edit column, click the Add review button to open a overlay to submit a review

Select Rating, give Comments , select Category Tags and click Save to submit.

If you are subscribed to Advance Intelligence, you can also click Generate with AI to generate an AI-powered review.

To opt for submitting host to guest review automatically:

  1. Under the Edit column, click the Rate Booking button to open an overlay to setup review automation

2. It will open overlay to set Comments, Stars and Category Tags for different categories. As Review automation is available for Airbnb channel only so these categories (Communication, Cleanliness, Respect House Rules) are coming from Airbnb.

Review Search

The Review Search tool allows you to quickly locate specific bookings for which host to guest review is not submitted yet. You can also use filters such as:

  • Rental Name

  • Channel Name
