Reviews List View

The Reviews List View provides a detailed table of all received guest reviews and host-submitted reviews, offering a clear and organized way to manage feedback. From this view, you can read full reviews and respond directly to guest feedback. AdvanceCM users with an Advance Intelligence subscription can even generate AI-based responses, making guest engagement faster and easier.

Reviews Automation
You can add Reviews Automation using Add Automation button as mentioned in below screenshot

Reviews Automation will allow you to set up smart rules to automatically respond to guest reviews based on rating, channel, or other criteria. This feature will help you maintain quick, consistent communication with guests while saving time on manual responses. Reviews Automation will be accessible directly from the Reviews Dashboard and the Reviews List View, keeping all review management tools in one convenient place.
