What Are AI Review Insights?
AI Review Insights turn individual guest reviews into meaningful trends and data using AI. This feature uses AI to help property managers for following scenarios:
Identify patterns in feedback
Common themes across multiple reviews (e.g., “slow check-in,” “friendly staff” or "dirty pool")
Recurring praise or complaints
Revenue Suggestions
Offer add-on options for premium breakfast services. Example: Since breakfast was praised, a premium breakfast option could attract more guests.
Create early check-in or late check-out packages. Example: Offering these as paid options could increase revenue while improving guest satisfaction.
Sentiment Analysis
Automatically detect tone (positive, neutral, negative)
Get AI-generated summaries or mood indicators for each review

If you are not subscribed for Artificial intelligence then it will show below section and then you can subscribe for Artificial intelligence by clicking Unlock AI Review Insights button.

Top Guest Sentiments
Top Guest Sentiments in Review Insights highlight the most commonly expressed feelings or themes found in guest reviews — helping you quickly understand what guests love, what frustrates them, and what needs improvement.
Top Guest Sentiments summarizes key emotional tones and topics from recent reviews. These might include:
Positive sentiments:
“Friendly staff”
“Clean rooms”
“Great location”
“Smooth check-in”
Negative sentiments:
“Poor Wi-Fi”
“Uncomfortable beds”
“Noisy environment”
“Slow service”
Neutral/Constructive feedback:
“Could improve breakfast options”
“Average experience”

Click on Load More button as mentioned in above screenshot and it will load popup with all the guest feedbacks summarized by AI in list view.

Suggested Improvements
This section will show suggestions given by AI for reviews submitted by guests. AI-powered review analysis identifies recurring guest feedback and highlights areas for improvement, such as cleanliness, check-in experience, amenities, or communication. By processing reviews across channels, the system pinpoints specific pain points and offers actionable suggestions to enhance guest satisfaction. This helps property managers proactively resolve issues, boost ratings, and improve overall guest experience.

Revenue Suggestions
AI-powered revenue suggestions in AdvanceCM help optimize pricing by analyzing booking trends, guest behavior, market demand, and historical data. These intelligent insights can recommend ideal rate adjustments, promotional strategies, or minimum stay changes to maximize occupancy and revenue. By automating complex revenue decisions, the system helps property managers stay competitive while saving time and effort.

Recent Review Trends
This section will combine good and bad reviews and show average rating.The Recent Review Trends feature analyzes guest feedback over time to uncover patterns in ratings, sentiments, and keywords. It helps property managers identify whether guest satisfaction is improving, declining, or remaining consistent. This insight enables data-driven decisions to maintain high service standards and address emerging issues before they impact overall ratings.
