Push Rates & Availability for Multiple Rentals and Channels Effortlessly
We’re excited to introduce a powerful new feature in AdvanceCM that allows you to push rates and availability for multiple rentals across different channels—all at once, from anywhere within the platform!
How It Works
Access the Push Feature
Click on the house icon at the top right of the menu bar, next to the messages icon.
Select Channels & Listings
Choose the channels and their connected listings that you wish to update.
Decide whether you want to push rates or availability.
Map Your Rates (Optional)
Click on a rental name or the arrow icon to add rate mapping for a rental.
Monitor Your Updates
Once rates or availability are pushed, you can track the status under the Status column.

Important Notes
Airbnb Rate Mapping: An implicit rate mapping will be automatically created for Airbnb.
Unmapped Rentals Warning: A warning icon will appear if a rental does not have rate mapping.
