Can we create bookings for main unit rentals?
A: You can create a booking for a main unit, but it will not be assigned to the main unit itself. Instead, it will be assigned to a sub-unit based on the selected priority rule. Learn more about priority here.

Can we create rates for main unit rentals?
A: Yes, you can create rates for main unit rentals in all cases.

What happens to an existing booking or hold event when a rental is converted into a main unit rental?
A: The booking will remain on the main unit as it is. Nothing will appear on the sub-units, but all sub-units under this main unit will become unavailable for new bookings for those dates.
If a sub-unit rental has a hold event or booking from June 10th to June 11th, what will appear on the main unit rental calendar for those dates?
A: On the main unit, the availability count will be displayed (e.g., 1/3), meaning that out of three sub-units, one is booked for those dates.

Is the user charged only for the main unit in AdvanceCM billing?
