Marriott now supports automatic syncing of discounts created in AdvanceCM. Property managers can use this integration to offer dynamic pricing strategies, such as discounts for longer stays or specific booking conditions, directly on the Marriott platform.
By setting up Length of Stay (LOS) discounts in AdvanceCM, these promotional rates are automatically sent to Marriott, ensuring your listings remain competitive and appealing to potential guests without requiring manual updates.
How Discount works with Marriott?
Go to Rental → Rates and select the Discounts tab.

Click Add Discount, then choose the LOS Discount option.

In the Create LOS Discount view, select Marriott from the Channels dropdown menu. Once saved, your LOS Discount will be successfully created.

You can also view all discounts associated with a specific listing by opening the Channel Details overlay for Marriott then clicking the Discounts button.

How Discounts Appear on the Marriott Platform?
Once a discount is successfully created and synced, Marriott displays the adjusted rates to guests during the booking process. The discounted price is shown alongside the original rate, with clear indications that the guest is receiving a special offer.
The total price shown on Marriott already reflects the applied discount, making it easier for guests to see the savings upfront. This helps increase conversion rates and encourages longer or advance bookings.
