How to edit listing for Booking.com inside ACM

Editing a listing for Booking.com inside AdvanceCM is highly beneficial for streamlining operations, boosting visibility, and increasing bookings. It saves your time and effort for updating some information more efficiently and accurately inside AdvanceCM.

On Channels list view, you can edit Booking.com Listings using Connection Detail option as mentioned below:

On Connection detail view, click Edit Listing Details option as mentioned in below screenshot

Edit BDC Listing Overlay

1- Review Rental Details

First tab on BDC edit overly is Review Rental Details, In this tab you can update listing's basic details like currency, Room Count, property type and Checkin details and data will be synced to Booking.com platform instantly.

2- Contacts

Second tab on BDC edit overly is Contacts. Using Add Contacts button you can add contact and these details will be saved into Booking.com platform. These contacts details have nothing to do with AdvanceCM. These contacts directly goes to Booking.com platform. If you want to explore Contacts feature in Booking.com then use below given URL.

If this is your first contact, make sure to add a General contact. That is required before adding other contacts.

3- Amenities

Third tab on BDC edit overly is Amenities. These amenities can be updated here and updated amenities will be saved at Booking.com platform under amenities list.

4-Settings & Policy

Forth tab on BDC edit overly is Settings & Policy. It has many sections defined below.

Policies

Under policies section you can update Pets, Children and Booking Model related policies. These details will be updated in Booking.com plateform.

Damage Policy

Under Damage Policy section you can update information if guests pay a damage deposit.

Cancellation Exceptions

Under Cancellation Exceptions section you can update exceptions for Booking and all the data will be synced inside Booking.com Extranet.

Misc

Under Misc section you can update Price Type, Curfew Time, Long Stay Options and many more settings and all the data will be synced inside Booking.com Extranet.

5- Licenses

Fifth tab on BDC edit overly is Licenses. This data is coming from Booking.com platform. You cannot add licenses inside AdvanceCM but you can update information for License data which is coming from Booking.com platform.

6-Gallery

Sixth tab on BDC edit overly is Gallery. This gallery section shows all the photos uploaded for Room.

Right Side Menu options

1- All Property Photos

First option in right side menu options is All Properties Photos. You can see two sections

1.1- Property Photos: Successfully uploaded photos will appear under this section.

1.2- Pending Photos: This section will show photos in queue to be uploaded or if any photo is not uploaded due to any error.

2- Units

Second option in right side menu options is Units. You can add units using Add Unit button

You can select Unit Type and Unit Name from drop down, This information will be coming from Booking.com platform.

Once added, this Unit list will be synced to Booking.com platform.

Note: Please be sure to check all tabs for the BDC listing on the top row and right side panel and fill out ALL required fields, see example below.

3- Products

Third option in right side menu options is products. These products will be adding using Add Product Button. You have to choose Room and Rate while creating a Product.

One rate can be added with 1 room only.

Created products will be synced to Rates module inside Booking.com platform.

In Product section you can select the room and map it with rate created in Rates tab (Mentioned below), only then this will be shown on the BDC Extranet.

4- Rates (Rate Plans)

Forth option in right side menu options is Rates. You can add rates using Add Rate button and rates will be created. By default rate will be Active and you can disable the rate using Active toggle. Created rates will be synced to Booking.com

These rates will be used while creating Products above and correspond to Booking.com Rate Plans.
