How to create Zap using AdvanceCM Autopilot feature?
The "Send it to Zapier" option is available in the Autopilot feature for the following modules only. It is not yet available for other modules:
Bookings
Expenses
Invoices
Messages
Tasks

Zap creation in Autopilot Overview
In the Autopilot Overview, you’ll find a "Send it to Zapier" toggle option. Enabling this toggle will execute an already created Zap in Zapier that matches the selected condition.
For example, in the screenshot below, if an Expense is created and the Zapier toggle is enabled, it will trigger a Zap already set up in Zapier. The Zap might have a trigger such as:
If "New Expense" is created, then execute an action (e.g., Send a Direct Message to Slack).

Now, if you go to the Zapier platform and check the created Zap, you will see the Expense template data from the AdvanceCM Expense Autopilot.
Once executed, Slack will send a message with the content specified in the Message text area.

Zap creation in Autopilot Wizard
In the Autopilot Wizard, you will also find the "Send it to Zapier" toggle. When enabled, this will execute an existing Zap in Zapier that matches the selected condition.
For example, if "Inquiry is Created" and the Zapier toggle is enabled, this means an already created Zap in Zapier will be executed. The Zap might be set up with a trigger such as:
If "New Inquiry" is created, then execute an action (e.g., Create a row in Google Sheets).

So, when a new inquiry is created, a new entry will be added to Google Sheets, including all the relevant inquiry details highlighted here:

If you check the linked Google Sheet, you will see that an entry is made for the newly created Inquiry.
