The Custom Phone Number feature in a PMS allows property managers or businesses to use a dedicated, branded phone number for sending and receiving SMS messages with guests. This helps personalize communication, build trust, and maintain a professional appearance.
In AdvanceCM you can access this feature in Messages Logs by clicking Add Phone button as mentioned in below screenshot.

Clicking on the Add Phone button will open popup with option to select Country and Whatsapp Sender Name
Country: Currently it provides Canada, USA based numbers only.
WhatsApp Sender Name: This will be Whatapp Sender Name which will ne shown in WhatsApp conversations and you cannot edit this name once set.

Once you click Purchase button in above screenshot, it will show success message
