AdvanceCM Guest Autopilot Wizard is a powerful feature in modern property management systems and hospitality tech platforms. It automates repetitive tasks related to guest communication and experience, saving time while enhancing consistency and service quality.
Accessing the Guests Automation Autopilot Wizard
To access the Guests Autopilot Wizard, navigate to the Automations option in the top menu bar.

Next, click on the Autopilot Wizard button.
Select Guests on the Autopilot overlay to see all automation options available for guests

Created Tab
The first tab in the Guests Autopilot Overlay is the Created tab.

If a guest is created, you can perform the following actions:
Send a predefined Whatsapp message to guest: If this is enabled then on creating guest in AdvanceCM, a Whatsapp default message will be sent to guest on his Whatsapp number.

Notify users: Once this toggle is enabled, an email template will be automatically drafted in and email will be sent out to users about creation of new guest.
Edited Tab
The second tab in the Guests Autopilot Overlay is the Edited tab.

If a guest is edited, you can perform the following actions:
Notify users of any update to the guest profile. Once this toggle is enabled, an email template will be automatically drafted in and email will be sent out to all users.
