A: For Rentals United, VRBO, Marriot, Holidu listings are imported but rentals are not created in AdvanceCM automatically, Property Manager manually create rentals in AdvanceCM and then link the imported listings with them.

What does "Import Listing" mean in AdvanceCM and which channels support it?
"Import Listing" means creating a channel listing as a new rental in AdvanceCM. Currently, this functionality is supported only for Airbnb.
Can I import listings from other channels?
For most other channels, AdvanceCM can fetch the available rooms/listings from the channel and display them on the Channels page. However, these listings are not created as new rentals in AdvanceCM.
Does fetching a channel listing create a new rental in ACM?
No. For channels other than Airbnb, fetching a listing only retrieves the channel listing so that it can be connected to an existing AdvanceCM rental.
What is the difference between importing and fetching a listing?
Import Listing: Creates a new rental in AdvanceCM from the channel listing. Currently supported for Airbnb.
Fetch Listings: Retrieves existing channel listings and displays them in AdvanceCM so they can be connected to existing AdvanceCM rentals.
Which channels support fetching listings?
The listing-fetching behavior described above is supported for all API channels except Rentals United (RU), HVMI, VRBO, Hopper, and Holidu.
Can I connect a fetched channel listing to an existing AdvanceCM rental?
Yes. After AdvanceCM fetches the channel listings, you can connect or map each listing to an existing AdvanceCM rental.
Will fetching a listing overwrite or create an ACM rental?
No. Fetching only retrieves the channel listing information. It does not create, overwrite, or modify AdvanceCM rentals until the user explicitly connects the listing to an existing rental.
