The Airbnb Quality Dashboard is available in AdvanceCM, providing Hosts with a centralized view of listing performance and quality metrics. It helps monitor guest satisfaction, identify issues, and ensure compliance with Airbnb’s API Quality requirements.

The average guest review score across all reservations for connected listings.
The Host’s compliance with Airbnb’s API Quality Dashboard requirements.
This metric helps Hosts understand overall performance and maintain high-quality standards on Airbnb.
Key Features of the Quality Dashboard

Overall 5-Star Review Percentage graph: Purpose of this graph is to show rating comparison for different intervals.
5-Star Review Rate by Listing graph: Purpose of this graph is to show rating given by guest per listing available on Airbnb
Listing Quality Overview:This shows all the reviews in list view with their Quality statuses (These statuses data is coming from Airbnb)

Review Tags
Airbnb tags which are added while writing down Review appears here in form of reporting. Its a combination of good and bad tags.

All guests related bad reviews are listed down under the section of Listing issues. This section covers each listing related issue with all Airbnb Statuses.
