Airbnb allows hosts to change reservation dates and the number of guests. The request then goes to the guest for approval. This can also be managed through AdvanceCM now. AdvanceCM allows you to edit booking dates inside AdvanceCM and it is sent to guest and guest can approve or reject it inside Airbnb.
This feature is only available for Airbnb bookings in AdvanceCM.
Go to Inquiries detail overlay for Airbnb bookings only and you can see Change button on top right.
Click on Change Button and it will show you options as mentioned in below screenshot to update.
Once property manager submits alteration request using below form, Change button changes to Change Pending.
Guest can accept/reject this Host Alteration request inside Airbnb from reservation details.
