Airbnb allows hosts to change reservation dates and the number of guests. The request then goes to the guest for approval. This can now also be managed through AdvanceCM. AdvanceCM allows you to edit the booking dates in AdvanceCM and it is sent to guest where they can approve or reject it within Airbnb.
This feature is only available for Airbnb bookings in AdvanceCM.
Go to the Inquiries detail overlay (for Airbnb bookings only) and you will see a Change button on the top right.
Click on the Change Button and it will show you the options that can be updated - shown in the screenshot below:
Once an alteration request is submitted, the Change button changes to Change Pending.
Guests can accept/reject this Host Alteration request within their Airbnb reservation details.
