The AI Scheduling feature lets you control when AdvanceCM AI is available to respond to your guests messages. Instead of keeping AI always active, you can now decide its working hours by setting specific time slots or enabling/disabling AI for entire days. You can find this option in AI Settings under "Schedule AI" tab

How AI scheduling feature works?
Go into Schedule AI Tab under AI Settings overlay.
Click on any cell in calendar and it wil open popup with options
Click on the AI full day off toggle and it will disable AI for whole day
Choose any time slot if you want to disable AI for few hours in a day as mentioned in below screenshot,

You can delete any hour slot if you do not want to disable AI for that duration as mentioned in below screenshot using X icon.

Using Apply it to all days toggle, you can make AI disabled for all future dates and AI will be disabled for all future months. Using this option you can also disable all future days for limited time slots only. For example you can disable 12AM-1AM slot for all future dates using this toggle.

Timezone option allows you to control AI availability according to different timezones. This ensures that automated replies are aligned with your local time or your guests’ timezones.
