How AI based search works inside AdvanceCM?
You should be subscribed for Artificial Intelligence inside Tokeet Appstore if you want to use AI Search.
You can use search bar available on top left corner inside AdvanceCM. As mentioned in below screenshot user asked to show bookings in April and AI shows count of 112 bookings booked in April with list of bookings in scrollable list.
Sample Questions
Sample questions in AI search helps to train natural language understanding models by showing how users phrase different intents. In AdvanceCM Samples questions appears in bottom area in search window and user can choose any sample question and can get desired results.

If property manager search for a Guest then all the relevant information related to that guest will appear as mentioned in below screenshot.
Click on View All link and it will open popup containing all results for that module.

Voice based AI Search
Voice-based AI search refers to a system that allows users to speak their queries instead of typing them, and the AI processes the spoken input to provide relevant information or perform actions.
In AdvanceCM, you can search on based of audio by giving instructions using browser mic settings and your instructions will be written in search bar and AI will search on based of that.
Limitations in AI Search
Guests: AI search cannot search by phone or address
Bookings: AI search cannot search by booking number or booking id.
Invoice: AI search cannot search by created by.
