What does AI-driven actions mean?

AI-driven actions are automated decisions or responses made by a system using artificial intelligence — instead of needing a human to step in and do it manually. These actions are triggered by data and are based on learning from past patterns, rules, or real-time input.

Role of AI driven actions in AdvanceCM

The role of AI-driven actions in AdvanceCM is to automate decision-making, reduce manual work, and enhance both operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. These AI features serve as the "smart brain" of the system, helping property managers stay proactive, not just reactive and it helps property managers to make smarter decisions.

How AI driven actions work in AdvanceCM

You can find this option on top right corner inside AdvanceCM

If you are not subscribed for Artificial Intelligence App in Tokeet Appstore then this option will be disabled by default.

Once you click on this AI icon, it will open overlay with some sample AI actions to be asked from AI.

Click on any sample AI action and it will open popup with option to edit the statement and click Ask AI button for AI execution.

AI will ask further questions before taking any action because AI needs all kind of required information to create any record in AdvanceCM.

AI driven actions supported modules

Here's a breakdown of how AI driven actions work inside AdvanceCM. AI Driven actions currently cover following modules only.

Examples of some AI-driven actions in AdvanceCM

Scenario

AI-Driven Action

Create a booking for Rental A

System will ask No. of Adults and Arrival and Departure dates & then booking will be created.

Create a Rental

System will ask rental name to create it.

Create invoice and send to guest

System will ask guest's name or email, or the booking ID to create invoice.

Create a cleaning task for house staff

System will ask Name of Task and to whom(user name) this task will be assigned.

Create a Guest

System will ask Guest Name, Email Address to create guest.

Create an Incident for Rental A and Booking X

System will ask title and description of the incident you want to create. Also, if there are any categories, severity level, or related rental.

Create an Expense

System will ask about amount, date and category to create an Expense.

AI driven actions are free of cost, no balance will be deducted for using it.

Chat Histories

On top right corner of AI Actions overlay there is one icon with tooltip "Chat Histories" which keeps record of those actions in the same chat thread

Chat Histories shows AI action records which are performed in last 7 days time period only.

Click on this icon and it will load chat history for AI Actions.

Voice based AI Actions

Voice-based AI actions refers to a system that allows users to speak their queries instead of typing them, and the AI processes the spoken input to provide perform actions.

In AdvanceCM, you can search on based of audio by giving instructions using browser mic settings and your instructions will be written in text area and AI will search on based of that.

Voice based AI Actions support these languages
Afrikaans, Arabic, Armenian, Azerbaijani, Belarusian, Bosnian, Bulgarian, Catalan, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, Galician, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Icelandic, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Kannada, Kazakh, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Macedonian, Malay, Marathi, Maori, Nepali, Norwegian, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swahili, Swedish, Tagalog, Tamil, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Urdu, Vietnamese, and Welsh.

Some Limitations:

There are some limitations on few modules mentioned below. We are working hard to resolve these limitations very soon.

  • Bookings/Inquiries: You can create bookings/inquiries with guest arrival dates 3 months in the past, guest arrival date 2 months in the future .

  • Guests: You can perform any kind of AI action using the most recently created 200 guests only.

  • Hold Events: You can perform any kind of AI action using the most recently created 200 calendar items only.

  • Invoices: You can perform any kind of AI action using the most recently created 200 invoices only but you cannot send invoices to guests using AI actions.

  • Tasks: You can perform any kind of AI action using the most recently created 200 tasks only.

  • Bookings: While creating booking, if you give manual price, AI does not pick that. It just creates booking with calculated price

  • Sub Unit Rentals: You can't search number of subunits a main unit has.
