The Rental Module in AdvanceCM is your go-to place for managing individual properties. It provides key information about each property, its availability, booking calendar, guest details, and unit-specific settings — all from your mobile device.
Rentals List View
You can access the Rentals Module from the left-side menu in the app.
Here, you will see a list of your rentals.
Settings gear icon
Tap the gear icon to show or hide sub-units.
Search Filters
Tap the Filters icon to search rentals using various criteria, as shown in the screenshot below.
Select your desired fields and click Apply.

Use the Search icon to find rentals by name.
Rental Details
Tap any rental in the list to open its Rental Detail View, which includes several tabs. To see the full list of available tabs, slide across the tab bar or click on the icon on the tab bar, shown in the screenshot below:
Available Tabs:
Calendar – View and manage all bookings, hold events, and rates for the rental.
Basic Information - Review key details such as rental name, address, and currency.
Detailed Information - Access in-depth property data including rental type, capacity, amenities, and description.
Gallery - Upload and manage rental photos to showcase your property.
Rental Instructions - Add important check-in, check-out, Wi-Fi details or guest instructions for the rental.
Custom Information - Store any additional details specific to your property setup or operations. These can be added to your message templates using existing "custom information" data dictionaries.
Location - View the map location showing the rental’s address.
Custom Attributes - Track specialized data fields unique to your rental management needs. Once created, data dictionaries will be available for these attributes within your message templates.
