The Messages Module in AdvanceCM allows you to receive and manage all guest communications from one central inbox. Whether you're responding to a guest inquiry or coordinating with your team, the Messages Module ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
Messages List View
You can access the Messages Module from the left-side menu in the app.
Here, you will see a list of your messages.
Messages Search bar
Using search icon you can search for guests as mentioned in below screenshot by typing guest name in search field.
Tap the Search icon to find messages by typing the guest’s name into the search field (as shown in the screenshot below).
Messages Search Filters
Tap the Filters icon to search using multiple criteria. Select the required fields and tap Apply to view filtered results.
Clicking on a message will show a blue icon allowing you to perform further actions.
