The Inventories Module in the AdvanceCM mobile app helps you keep track of all the physical assets and supplies across your properties — from furniture and appliances to maintenance tools and cleaning materials. It ensures that everything is well-maintained, readily available, and efficiently used to reduce costs and avoid shortages.
By effectively managing your inventory, you can maintain smoother day-to-day operations and deliver a better overall property management experience.
Inventories List View
You can access the Inventories Module from the left-side menu in the app, under the Operations option.

Here, you will see your inventory list.

Inventories Search bar
Use the Search icon to locate inventory items by entering their name in the search bar, as shown in the screenshot below.

Inventories Search Filters
Tap the Filters icon to search using various criteria. Select the desired fields and click Apply to filter the results.

Create a New Inventory
Tap the blue icon on the Inventories List View as shown below.

Click Add Inventory.

Fill in the required fields and click Save to create the inventory.

Inventories Detail View
Tapping on any inventory from the list will open the Inventory Detail Overlay, which includes the following tabs:
Details - Information relating to the inventory such as the category, subcategory, condition, status, quantity, purchase price and description will be available here.

Custom Attributes - Here, you can create your own attributes to be able to track and categorize your inventory items.

All comments related to this incident will be listed here.

Logs
All activity logs related to this incident will be shown on this tab.
