The Inquiries Module in the AdvanceCM mobile app helps you manage communication with potential customers, leads, or contacts—all in one place. It allows you to efficiently track, respond to, and convert inquiries into bookings or tasks.
Inquiries List View
You can access the Inquiries Module from the left-side menu in the app.

Here, you will see a list of your inquiries and bookings.

Create a New Inquiry
Tap the blue icon (as shown in the screenshot below)

Now, click Add Inquiry to create a new inquiry.

Enter the relevant details in the dialog box that appears, then click Save.
The new guest will now appear in your Guest List.

Inquiries Search bar
Use the Search icon to find inquiries by typing the inquiry name in the search field, as shown in the screenshot below.

Inquiries Search Filters
Tap the Filters icon to search inquiries using multiple criteria.

Select the desired fields and click Apply to view filtered results.

Inquiries Detail View
Tapping on any inquiry record will open the Inquiry Detail Overlay, which contains the several tabs.
To see the full list of available tabs, slide across the tab bar or click on the icon on the tab bar, shown in the screenshot below:

Available Tabs:
Details - View and edit key information related to the inquiry, including guest and booking details.

Messages - View all communication exchanged with the guest for this inquiry.

Invoices - Create, view, and track invoices linked to the inquiry.

Flights - Record and view guest flight information for arrival and departure coordination.

Other Bookings - See all additional bookings associated with the same guest.

Custom Attributes - Track any extra data fields created for your inquiry management needs.

Comments - Add internal notes or comments related to the inquiry for team visibility.

Logs - Review a full history of actions and updates performed on the inquiry.

Additional Inquiry Options:
You can mark an inquiry for follow up using the star icon at the top of the screen:

The Actions icon also provides you with options that you can perform for that inquiry:

Mark a booking as confirmed or cancelled using the icon below:
